Choosing a location for your homes should not be the last decision you make. Ask yourself certain questions such as where will the sun be in the winter vs the summer. What kind of view do I want? How much sun? And then there is the question of building on a hill vs another location. Will neighbors build in the future to 'ruin' the view? Am I building above the water table? Should I be concerned about storms or earthquakes or volcano's. The questions are many but best to ask and make decisions ahead of time.
