Green Homes are the link to the future. In every way man has fell into desire to find a way of fixing the earth. This is not an evil thing but a good thing.

 Good is that which God helps prepare. Good is that which God sets free. There are two things I need from you. Send me your home or acreage which is fitting for these pages. I place them under Homes 4 Sale and they are kept there for up to a year. After that they are moved or deleted.

 In all these things I strive to put the two parts of your desire into one place. One is to find a place to advertise and the second is your desire to get it for free.

 Now I do desire a 1% donation of the selling price. That is because I have spent years and years building up this site so that you might get thousands of visitors. I have done it for free and no one usually pays the 1%. After all it is free.

 Now the value of life is that I can help you. I do this by Gods grace. I give by Gods help. I do not ask for money and no one usually gives it. So do me a favor. Tell me if you would like to donate ahead of time. If not tell me I just want to have this listed. Remember I am one person making each page but if you tell me that you will donate 1% then it will encourage me.

 Now those who can't afford to give a 1% donation need only challenge me if I do a poor job of helping. I try my best but you know that I am always open to help. And if it turns out you get angry or upset please let me know.

 Now that might sound strange but I do have some people who do get upset for being listed. Or for a question I ask to help me write more information on the site.

 Believe me I understand the purpose of some is to vanish. But remember the type of people who read this site are those who are after. They want to buy and they want to list. I believe Earth House is growing and it needs people of like mind.

The world is filled with odd homes and Earth House is among the oddest. It is the ability to build a home, with the earth, so the entire earth acts as a ramp. And that ramp is the vintage grape which gives me victory. They want help and they want life and in the grape is the hope.

 So if this is the end remember that we are all friends here. I do my part and you do yours.

To Real Estate Folks

Most of this is pretty easy. I'll list some of the basics.

1. Provide me with a link to your listing. Send me permission to use it or rewrite it as I wish. I send you the page to the finished product and you then get to approve it.

2. Talk to the seller on a donation of 1% of the selling price. Think of Earth House as a freebie until one of our viewers approaches you and says "Hey, we saw this on Earth House." Then keep that information as critical knowledge which goes into what I secretly label the 1% solution. The solution reaches me in the form of a check or money order. I will look at it and probably faint but please send it anyway.

3. You are busy and me also. So when the property is finally sold drop me a note at earthhouse@gmail.com so I can then remove it as a sell house. It then is moved to my bin of history and you move on to greater things.

4. I do use pictures. Pictures are cool and they help sell. So send me links to pictures for inclusion on our site. Or send me pictures in gif or jpg format. (most digital cameras are in these formats) to earthhouse@gmail.com

 Remember to smile when taking this advice.

5. If you see a listing for an alternative home or acreage designed for self sufficiency then drop me a line so I can include it on my site.

 

 

Finally just have fun and write and say hi. Let me know what you sell and tell me if you want to have fun in helping. I can't offer you anything as yet. I can't even guarantee anything. I just pray and wait for God to help and that is the truth. But your help would be appreciated and I'd like to see more homes listed here.

Now I generally seek a donation from the seller but I have worked out agreements with real estate companies. That is they agree to make their usual 3-7% and in return provide me 1% of the selling price of the home. That is for those who know that Earth House was responsible for providing you with a buyer for the house or helped you to sell the home or property.

The purpose of Earth House isn't to obtain but to give. And I want to give you help. Help is like passing by and seeing a site that provides you with a specific audience of ready made buyers. Some are armchair but some are willing to put feet and finances to their desire to own an alternative home.

 Now I work on Earth House as a calling from God. I didn't get into it to sell homes but to provide information. It was people who came to me to sell and I provided them with an outlet. It was something that doesn't provide me a living. I need you to understand that. So when I ask for a donation that is a donation that often doesn't arrive after the home or property is sold.

 Don't fret and don't worry. I still provide you with a service and that service is done because I am providing a listing service which provides you an opportunity no other site on the net provides. As in this site wasn't meant to be a real estate site and yet we are real estate oriented.

So send us your alternative home, your off grid home, your acreage or your property to list. I will put it up free of charge. I do this kind of thing for free.

If we help you sell then give us a bone. Let it be the 1% selling price or send us a gift. Maybe a book or an instrumental cd or a good basket of food. I do get hungry while working on these things. And smile cause I'll help you out the best I can.
